    Description

    Offered is a lot of (5) Radio Antenna Strain Relief Insulators.  Offered is one early brown porcelain type-this one has no glaze across on side of the ribs, but otherwise, it is OK.  The brown one has 4 ribs and its surface glaze is a little uneven, with bumps and impressions,  it is an early type and could date to the late 1800s-it appears to be unmarked.   The others are later vintage molded clear types.  All are clean and in good condition.  Used with long wire antennas for strain relief.  They can be used with any type wire antenna for a radio or used with lab equipment.
