Russian Porcelain Unipart Power Insulator Army Green

I was told by a foreign porcelain insulator specialist that this was a Russian insulator.  It has an ink mark and a number below it that is shown in a photo.  He thought it may be a new U number since it was not a match to current ones.  The insulator measures 7" wide by 5" tall and is a dark Army green glaze color.  The insulator is in very near mint condition with no chips or cracks and very little signs of wear.  A very cool displaying foreign porcelain power insulator.  Winning U.
