SMOKY CALIFORNIA CD 160 GLASS INSULATOR

Description

For auction is a CD 160 [010] smoke-colored glass insulator embossed with "CALIFORNIA" on the skirt. It has a smooth base. The dome is covered with tiny dimples. There is a long stress crack
running over the surface of the crown and dome, and more cracks running across the threads in the pinhole. The only damage that I can find is a fleabite on the crown, seen in the last photo.
Miscellaneous notes:
I generally evaluate and describe each of my insulators very critically, unlike too many sellers who don't adequately describe the condition, have too few photos and use lots of hype. I don't want to be accused of trying to pass off something that it's not. My goal is for every buyer to feel that the insulator looks BETTER in their hand than in the photos.
Since last year when there were so many problems with USPS delivery times, I've usually chosen USPS Priority for shipping. The cost isn't too much more than Parcel Post and buyers have been happy with the fast deliveries.
